Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements to participate.

2. Commission Structure

You earn 20% recurring commission for each direct referral who becomes a paying customer. You also earn 5% recurring commission on the customers referred by your direct referrals (your “downline”). Commissions are tracked via cookies valid for 60 days.

3. Payouts

Minimum payout threshold: $100. Payouts are issued viaPayPal or bank transfer on the15th of each month. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.

4. Promotion Guidelines

You may promote through:

• Content marketing, blogs, and email newsletters

• Social media and video platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok)

• PPC ads (excluding misleading or brand-impersonating ads)

• Offline promotion and QR codes

You may not make claims that suggest we manipulate or delete negative reviewsImpersonate our brand or present false informationEngage in spammy, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.

5. Affiliate Assets

We intend to provide logos, banners, and promotional content. You’re encouraged to create your own, but assets must not misrepresent the brand.

6. Legal & Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations in your country or region, including those related to advertising, disclosures, and affiliate marketing practices.

You are also responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or fees associated with your affiliate income.

We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. If in doubt, please consult a qualified professional.

7. Term & Termination

We reserve the right to remove you from the program at any time, with or without cause, particularly for violating these Terms. You may also leave the program at any time.

8. Relationship

RateShout is a brand operated by Hopwood and Co PTY LTD, trading as Hopwood Digital. You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of our business. You may not bind or obligate us in any way.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates means you accept the changes.
